The loft is wonderfully spacious with a vaulted ceiling, lots of windows, an open plan living/dining/seating area and great views of Broad Street.
Three bedrooms sleep 6 in beds. A king bedroom and a queen bedroom are located on the main floor, both with en suite bathrooms. A loft bedroom with two twin beds is located up a spiral staircase. (how fun is that?!). A powder room and laundry closet are in the hallway at the foot of the stair.

Greetings - I'm Wendy Hudson and my family owns 25 Broad Street. I love books and beer, which has led me to own Nantucket Bookworks & Mitchell's Book Corner, and to be a co-founder of Cisco Brewers/Triple Eight Distiller/Nantucket Vineyard.
Along with my wonderful property manager Melanie Gowen, I oversee the two bookstore apartments. (Yes two--in addition to the Second Story Loft, we have a single bedroom apartment in the basement called "The Bookcellar".) I love sharing this fun life so please come visit. I look forward to meeting you, and be warned: I'm going to ask what you're reading. ;-)
